Pam is a paralegal with the Corporate Services Team. Pam handles ongoing corporate maintenance for the firm’s corporate clients, including but not limited to, maintaining a docket control system for annual meetings and license renewals, and preparing corporate minutes for annual and special meetings. She assists attorneys with the formation and dissolution of corporations and limited liability companies. Pam also has experience with state and regulatory filings, processing audit inquiries, and the processing of services of process as registered agent for corporate clients.
Prior to her joining the Corporate Services Team in 2004, Pam supported the Financial Services Team and the Corporate Finance & Services Team as a legal assistant. Her legal experience during this tenure includes corporate finance, securities law compliance, mergers and acquisitions, bank holding company formations, public and private offerings, corporate planning and governance for clients in the financial services and banking industries.
Pam began her legal career in Texas in 1975. Prior to joining Graham & Dunn in 1997, Pam worked as a legal assistant and paralegal with Baker & McKenzie in Dallas, Texas, where her practice focused on real estate transactions, foreclosures, and corporate securities.
