Joyce is a senior paralegal working with Graham & Dunn’s Real Estate Team. Joyce handles complex commercial real state purchase and sale transactions throughout the U.S., asset purchase and sales, project financings, and easement and leasing documentation.
Prior to joining Graham & Dunn, Joyce was a real estate paralegal for Weil, Gotshal & Manges supporting their European Property and Finance practice in Prague, Warsaw and Budapest. Her international experience spans property development, leasing, purchase and sale transactions as well as complex cross-border corporate and property finance transactions for Fortune 500 companies, international developers and institutional investors.
Joyce came to paralegal work after a 20-year career covering multiple aspects of commercial real estate finance including loan underwriting, closing and administration.
Joyce studied business in her native state of Michigan and has attended numerous CLE courses and seminars to augment her knowledge and skills.
