Brenda A. Strauch

Brenda works with Graham & Dunn’s Corporate Services Group as well as the Emerging Companies & Entrepreneurs Industry Team. She has experience with a wide variety of corporate transactions including corporation formation and maintenance procedures, partnerships and limited liability companies. Brenda also has experience with state and regulatory filings, amendments, dissolutions, mergers and acquisitions, foreign qualifications, processing audit inquiries, accepting and processing service of process as registered agent for corporate clients, and preparing corporate minutes of annual and special meetings. She also possesses significant capabilities in litigation, real estate and intellectual property law matters.
In addition to her corporate work, Brenda also has litigation experience and has provided support to the firm’s Financial Services and Real Estate Industry Teams.
Brenda has worked in the legal field since 1990. She previously worked as an intellectual property paralegal, where her work focused on litigation, domestic and international trademark registration and U.S. copyright registration and maintenance, including prosecution before the USPTO. She also provided corporate maintenance services and maintained the firm’s docketing system.
