Practice Emphasis
Denise has been a member of the Corporate Finance & Services Team since 1986. She has focused her practice working with financial institutions on business transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, bank holding company and new bank formations, capital raising for both public and private offerings, including 1933 Act registrations on behalf of issuers and underwriters.
In addition to her transactional experience, Denise works closely with public company financial institutions on securities compliance and reporting, corporate governance, financial reporting and related matters, including: 1934 Act registrations and reporting, annual and special meeting proxy materials, Section 16 compliance, Rule 144 compliance, stock exchange compliance/listings and bank and holding company reporting.
