In addition, Anne has experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts. Prior to joining Graham & Dunn, Anne was an associate at the Denver firm of Messner & Reeves LLC, and an attorney in the Mergers and Acquisitions group of the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, D.C.
