______________________________________________________________________Dave is a shareholder and chair of Graham & Dunn’s Real Estate Team; he is also a member of the Litigation group. He has thirty years of experience in complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on banking, construction, and real property. His litigation experience extends well past the real estate arena, with regular work in commercial contract and business disputes. Dave brings to his litigation practice a unique quality for a litigator: the knowledge of an experienced transactional attorney, having negotiated and documented numerous major loan workouts, secured loan closings, real estate purchases and sales, commercial leases, non-compete agreements and other business agreements.
