Brad focuses his practice on bankruptcy law, loan workouts, and creditors' rights, and he advises on a wide variety of banking, regulatory, general business, and corporate issues. His experience includes working as in-house counsel for a major regional bank, after practicing in the creditors' rights area at a mid-sized regional law firm. Brad also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jim D. Pappas at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the District of Idaho.
