Prior to joining Graham & Dunn, Nick was an attorney in the New York office of a large international law firm.
Representative transactions include assisting:
A joint venture involving an institutional fund in its acquisition and financing of approximately $100 million for a hotel resort property in the Florida Keys.
A national bank to close an approximately $30 million credit facility for a Seattle, Washington borrower and its affiliate.
A fund client with respect to the acquisition, disposition and related financing of various large multi-family complexes located throughout the Western United States ranging in value from approximately $20 million to $60 million per asset.
A hotel portfolio client to refinance several loans, each loan separately secured by individual or combined portfolio assets.
A German bank to close a loan in excess of $400 million related to the acquisition and further development of a combined hotel resort and residential development in Hawaii.
A German bank to close a $50 million credit facility secured primarily by REIT shares.
An individual client to acquire an office building to add to is portfolio in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for approximately $105 million.
An individual client to dispose of two office buildings from its office portfolio, both of which where located in San Francisco, California.
A British bank, as agent for a lending syndicate, to secure mortgages on nine industrial plants in multiple jurisdictions within the United States.
A REIT client to close an approximately $250 million loan for purposes of acquiring a portfolio of office buildings in Virginia.
